Once you have agreed on the art, you are ready to order.
We will contact you to get Credit Card info. No billing will happen until product ships. This will happen with in ten working day in most cases.
Your Brand Cafe will ship your order by UPS. NO UP CHARGES!
You will never be charged any handling fees.
The will always receive all the discounts given to us by our freight providers.
The shpping charges will just be prepaid added to your invoice

Art Format: In order to produce the highest quality product at the best price, it is advantageous for company’s or image to be in certain file formats.
Adobe Illustrator CS (.ai) or lower

Encapsulated postscript (.eps)
Windows metafile (.wmf)
Adobe Phtoshop 7 or lower (.psd)
Corel PHOTO-PAINT X3 of lower (.cpt)
Art in Adobe Reader (.pdf) can also be used but is not recommended due to the difficulty in separating and recreating the image. In some cases this may result in additional charges for art development.
For best results, print should 12point type or larger
Fonts: It is very helpful if the specific font used in the image is supplied with the art.
